Rewards Structure
This system is the primary economic engine of the platform, designed to redistribute value to users without creating runaway inflation. It creates a circular economy:
Play → Earn TP → Buy Crates → Get Shares → Play.
Tennis Points Rewards
Tournament Points (TP) are the off-chain reward currency earned by participating in weekly tournaments. Unlike Gold (which is a stable-coin equivalent), TP is an inflationary reward token used exclusively to acquire new assets (Shares).
The Dynamic Pool
The amount of TP distributed each week is not fixed; it is calculated based on the platform's economic health. To calculate the value, we account for the total trading fees generated, the contract fees, and the active user value.
Distribution (Meritocratic Brackets)
To prevent "whales" from absorbing all rewards while keeping the game engaging for casuals, the TP Pool is split into Brackets based on leaderboard ranking:
Elite
Top 10%
40%
Reward high performance/skill
Competitive
10% - 40%
35%
Incentive to improve
Participants
40% - 100%
25%
Retention & inclusivity
Within a bracket, distribution is non-linear. The higher you rank within your specific bracket, the significantly higher your reward compared to the person below you.
The Crate System
Crates are the only mechanism to introduce new shares into the circulating supply (after the initial liquidity seeding phase). They are purchased using TP.
Tiers and Base Cost
There are three tiers of crates, each offering better potential rewards:
Bronze: Base cost ~100 TP.
Silver: Base cost ~500 TP.
Gold: Base cost ~2500 TP.
Self-Regulating Pricing (Inflation Control)
The price of a crate is not static. It fluctuates based on a feedback loop to stabilize the economy. The repricing happens with the following mechanism:
If the market is active, the system prints more shares but makes crates more expensive
If the market is slow, crates become cheaper to encourage participation, but with fewer shares.
Crate Contents & RNG Logic
Each crate contains 4 random tennis players. However, the selection is not purely random; it is weighted to preserve market health. The algorithm takes into account inflation, price, total supply, and average market median value to pick the right players to distribute to keep the platform healthy and the users happy.
Activation/Liquidation
When a user opens a crate, the shares do not go immediately to their wallet. They enter a "Pending" area. This adds a strategic decision layer.
The users have two options:
Activate their players: A user can only activate shares for 3 distinct players per day. This prevents a sudden flood of supply hitting the market instantly
Liquidate: If the user gets a player they don't want (or already have too many of), they can Liquidate the pending shares instantly for TP.
